Your rental includes access to your reserved event space during your contracted rental time, along with available venue essentials for your selected space.

Depending on your rental, this may include:

• Venue tables and chairs

• Lounge furniture and furnishings

• In-house speakers

• Adjustable venue lighting

• Bar and event furnishings

• Kitchenette access for approved light use

• Two ADA restrooms

• Free on-site parking

• Wheelchair lift access with advance notice

Included inventory and amenities may vary depending on the suite, package, and event setup selected. Your proposal will show exactly what is included with your booking.

Suite A is our larger open event space and can accommodate up to approximately 100 guests, depending on your event layout and setup.

Suite B is our lounge-style space with a small stage and can accommodate up to approximately 50 guests.

Full-venue and partitioned configurations are also available.

Guest capacities do not automatically combine when both suites are rented. Your approved guest count will depend on the space configuration, table layout, dance floor, buffet, entertainment, décor, vendor equipment, and other event needs.

Yes! You may reserve Suite A, Suite B, or both suites when available.

A full-venue rental gives you access to both spaces so you can create different areas for your celebration, such as dining, dancing, cocktail hour, entertainment, food service, or lounging.

Yes. You may bring your own caterer, food vendor, or approved food service.

We may also provide vendor recommendations or available catering options if you need assistance.

The kitchenette is intended for approved light event use and is not a commercial kitchen for full cooking or food preparation.

Specialty cooking equipment, warming equipment, food trucks, or other food-service equipment must be disclosed and approved in advance.

Yes, alcohol may be permitted with prior approval and the required insurance coverage.

If alcohol will be present, your event insurance must include host liquor liability coverage.

Prepackaged bottled or canned alcoholic beverages may be permitted under approved service arrangements.

If hard liquor or mixed drinks will be served, a licensed and insured bartender is required.

Alcohol may not be sold or self-served and must remain inside the venue.

Your booking documents will outline the specific requirements that apply to your event.

Your date is officially reserved once Amie Event Space has received both:

1. Your signed rental agreement
2. Your required booking retainer

Submitting an inquiry, touring the venue, or receiving a proposal does not by itself reserve your date.

Dates remain subject to availability until the required booking steps are completed.

Yes. A one-day event liability insurance policy is required for events at Amie Event Space unless the requirement is specifically waived in writing.

Proof of the required insurance is generally due 14 days before your event.

For your convenience, Amie provides a link to Event Helper with certain venue requirements already prefilled. You are not required to use Event Helper and may obtain coverage from another provider as long as the policy meets Amie’s requirements.

If alcohol will be present, the policy must also include host liquor liability coverage.

Amie generally uses flat-rate rental pricing so you have a clear understanding of your venue cost before booking.

Your proposal will show the venue rental, included amenities and services, applicable taxes, and standard charges included with your booking.

Items that may be separate include:

• Required one-day event insurance

• Optional upgrades or add-ons

• Additional rental time

• Décor, rentals, entertainment, staffing, or other optional services

• Approved services added after booking

• Overtime or unauthorized early access

• Damage or missing property

• Excessive cleaning

• Bulk-item disposal or other event-related charges

Amie also requires a $250 Damage & Security Authorization before the event. This is generally an authorization hold and is not an automatic $250 charge.

We offer scheduled open-house tours along with additional tour options based on availability.

During your visit, you can explore the suites, see our furniture and amenities, discuss possible layouts, and ask questions about your event.

If you or anyone attending the tour may need the wheelchair lift, please let us know in advance.
